SECTION 5 - SERVICE APPOINTMENTS
BC Bin Clean provides curbside trash bin cleaning, deodorizing, sanitizing, and related services by scheduled appointment and recurring subscription plans. Customers are responsible for ensuring all bins are accessible and placed curbside or in the agreed service location at the time of service.
Bins containing excessive trash, hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, oils, medical waste, needles, flammable substances, dead animals, sharp objects, or other unsafe materials will not be serviced. BC Bin Clean reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are determined to be unsafe or unsanitary beyond normal residential waste conditions.
Service appointments may be delayed, canceled, or rescheduled due to weather conditions, freezing temperatures, equipment failure, road conditions, water restrictions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
BC Bin Clean is not responsible for missed services caused by inaccessible bins, blocked driveways, locked gates, aggressive animals, or bins not being placed out for service at the scheduled time.
Customers acknowledge that older or damaged bins may contain pre-existing cracks, brittle plastic, loose wheels, faded surfaces, or structural weaknesses. BC Bin Clean is not responsible for damage caused by normal cleaning processes to bins already compromised by age, weather exposure, or prior damage.
Recurring subscription services automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next scheduled billing cycle. By enrolling in a recurring service plan, customers authorize BC Bin Clean to charge their selected payment method according to the selected billing frequency. Customers may cancel recurring services with at least 7 days notice before the next scheduled service date.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
